Adina specializes in high-stakes investigations in Quinlan's shareholder activism practice, as well as managing complex due diligence research for the firm’s private equity and hedge fund clients.

Leveraging her expertise as a practitioner and her experience as a lead investigator on dozens of proxy contests, Adina works closely with clients – including corporates and their outside counsel, as well as activist investors – to conduct investigative research into incumbent directors and nominees, with a strong focus on surfacing meaningful and actionable information that can be leveraged in negotiations. Adina also works closely with Quinlan’s institutional investor clients to fulfill their business intelligence and diligence needs at various stages of a business relationship with third parties.  Adina’s clients rely on her experience to interpret and contextualize the facts found during an investigation so that they can appropriately assess their choices, mitigate risks, and make better decisions.

Adina has more than a dozen years of experience in investigations. She previously spent five years at a global corporate intelligence and investigations firm in New York and began her career at the Anti-Defamation League, a New York-based civil rights organization, where she researched and analyzed extremist movements in the United States.

Adina received her undergraduate degree in philosophy, magna cum laude, from Barnard College in New York and her Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She is fluent in Hebrew.
