Andrew is an Associate in Quinlan’s Charleston office, where he works on a wide range of research projects for Quinlan’s corporate and business intelligence clients, including private equity firms, corporations, and other institutional investors.
Prior to joining Quinlan, Andrew worked as a Contract Specialist across the real estate, banking, and corporate law fields, including work with real estate developers, state legislature and regulatory agencies, and a wide variety of lenders and investors. He is experienced in research and drafting financial legislation related to new crypto-currency and medical marijuana-related regulations, drafting residential and commercial construction contracts, remedying land and lender-borrower disputes, and assisting in a range of complex private and commercial real estate negotiations.
Andrew received his B.A. in Political Science & International Studies from The University of Miami (FL), and his J.D. with an emphasis in Real Estate Law from the University of North Dakota School of Law, during which he specialized in the analysis, structuring, and operation of private real estate investment portfolios.
