Chris leads Quinlan Partners’ Charleston office, and specializes in designing and managing bespoke business intelligence and investigations projects, primarily for institutional investors and law firms.

Prior to Quinlan, Chris practiced law for more than a decade, including most recently as a partner at a major global law firm. As an attorney, Chris represented companies and individuals in civil and criminal investigations and litigation, primarily involving complex federal regulatory programs, and handled all phases of complex civil and criminal litigation. Chris’ experience as an attorney includes representing several individuals in parallel proceedings arising from a high-profile, transnational criminal investigation, as well as conducting internal investigations and audits, advising clients regarding complex real estate and other transactions, and conducting and overseeing project-related diligence.

Chris has lived, worked, and traveled extensively abroad, including in Asia, Africa, and Europe. Chris graduated from Brown University with an A.B. in English Literature and from the University of Virginia School of Law with a J.D.
