Prior to Quinlan Partners, Jamison worked as a research editor and fact-checker. He has contributed to a wide range of investigative articles, consumer advocacy research, data-driven stories, and international features.

As a freelancer, he also researched, fact-checked, and wrote for numerous magazines, podcasts, and publications. A skilled researcher and communicator, he has extensive experience working with public records, vetting sources, gathering and querying data, conducting archival and database research, and conducting background interviews. Outside of journalism, he has provided research and editorial support for nonprofits and think tanks.
