Sam is an associate in Quinlan Partners' Charleston office. He specializes in internal operations, pre-transactional due diligence, and business intelligence for a diverse range of clients, including private equity firms, specialty lenders, institutional investors, hedge funds, and family offices.

Sam has worked across a variety of industries including aerospace, consumer technology, and manufacturing, assisting litigators, investors, and corporate decision-makers in gathering critical facts and intelligence in the context of high-stakes and complex disputes, due diligence, and internal investigations. He has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial sUAV sector and technology, and has successfully grown and exited two start-up businesses in a senior leadership capacity.

Sam’s academic background has focused on entrepreneurial management, intrapreneurship, and economics. He has worked as a research assistant on two published economics papers in healthcare and environmental economics. Sam has degrees from Hampden-Sydney College and F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College.
